Worst experience, after paying for a digital copy of a photo, i never receive any information on the product i bought. And i can never reach the customer service for the question! Money was stolen!

Please can you update the frame with the correct date of the year 2019 and not 2018? I want my photos memories at the right year, sorry but it's a little bit incredible have the wrong year. Thank you
